Red Bull's Response to F1 Production Cars: The 2026 Red Bull RB17

Red Bull will be launching their own production hypercar that will cost over $6.2 million

With its current success of F1 the past couple of seasons and close rival to the well-establish Mercedes-Benz brand, it makes sense for the Energy drink company to create a something that will resonate within the automotive community. Let alone, make a further competitive impression on their rivals in Formula 1: McLaren, Aston Martin, and notably Ferrari.

This will be the first ever production vehicle from Red Bull Technologies division, who are responsible for the engineering behind the entire Red Bull Racing Group. The name of the hypercar is uncertain but is rumoured to be called the RB17, closely following the naming characteristics of its F1 car. The horsepower is unknown as of now, but enthusiasts can expect it will rival the power derived from Aston Martin's Valkyrie which boosts a 1,139 horsepower.

The body style may also be resembling of the Valkyrie too. With unique carbon fiber chassis, and integral parts showcasing aerodynamical bits of the vehicle. Possibly, it could be more in-tune with the AMG-One which has a more production car look to it. The One has over 1,049 horsepower to be exact. It also features a F1 engine that powers the vehicle unlike the Valkyrie which features a Cosworth V12.

The Red Bull hypercar will be built in-house entirely from design, engineering, and full-scale production. It is speculated that only 50 cars will be made and may not even be street-legal as it's intended for track-use only.
